The International Friendship and Service Fair, formerly known as the Bi-National Friendship Conference, and originally known as the Bi-District Friendship Conference, has been rescheduled for Feb. 12 - 13, in Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, a very prestigious suburb of Monterrey, MX.
Please plan on attending and renewing friendships with fellow Rotarians in D4130 in Mexico. We can continue, as well as make plans for new, matching grants programs in Mexico, the U.S. (Texas), and other countries. Reserve the dates; more information will be coming in the next few weeks.
