Foundation Dinner

Rotary International District 5870 Foundation Dinner    We are excited to have the Chairman of the Rotary Foundation, Jonathan Majiyagbe, as the Keynote speaker at the dinner event. The Foundation Dinner is an important District Event. We are confident that this will be a District function you will not want to miss.

Plan to have all Paul Harris Medallions and Pins earned since the last Foundation Dinner at the District Foundation Dinner on February 21, 2009.

Date: Saturday, February 21, 2009 Time: 6:00 PM Place: The University of Texas Club UT Campus, Austin Cost: $55 per person by December 31, 2008 $60 per person during January 2009, $65 per person during February 2009

Volunteers Needed: We still need volunteers for the following activities: 1.       Awards.  An individual and/or a club responsible for setting up the awards and the table-top displays in the dining hall. 2.        Flags, banners.  An individual and/or a club to be responsible for bringing and setting up the flags and banners. 3.       On-site registration set-up.  We need an individual and/or clubs to be responsible for (i) setting up the registration tables, tags, programs, and (ii) registration. 4.       Other.  There may be other tasks, unidentified at this stage.   Click here for registration form
