District 5870 Rotary - Keyway Foundation

The District 5870 Keyway was created to accept charitable donations of money, equipment, supplies, ect., to support the activities of Rotary District 5870. District 5870 Keyway is a 501(c)3 non profit corporation.

Officers are the immediate Past Governor (President), the seated Governor (Vice President), and the Governor Elect (Secretary). Treasurer will not be the District Treasurer but another Rotarian selected by the Keyway officers. The Treasurer will have a separate bank account for the Keyway funds and will be responsible for all IRS reporting.Other board members may be selected from Past Governors or Past Presidents of District 5870 but only the President, VP, and Secretary may vote.
